Choose your plan, sign up, and complete a short onboarding form with the basic details we need to begin. After that, we schedule a brief onboarding call to gather the fuller information needed for your website, social content, and emails.
No. A pre-start call is optional. If you already know you want to move forward, you can sign up directly and we’ll handle the rest through onboarding.
Once you sign up, you’ll complete a short onboarding form and schedule your onboarding call.
From there, we begin your homepage design, apply the approved design across the rest of the site, and prepare your ongoing marketing assets.
Each plan includes ongoing website management, social media posting, and customer email marketing based on the level of activity included in your plan.
Most websites launch within about 10 business days once onboarding is complete and all needed materials have been gathered.
The one-time launch fee covers your custom website design and build, initial content setup, social profile branding, setup, and post format setup, as well as email system setup, and implementation/onboarding.

We need your basic business information, service details, contact information, and any branding materials you already have, such as a logo or photos. If anything is missing, we can usually keep the project moving with available information and placeholder assets.
That is completely fine. The onboarding process is designed to help gather what is needed without requiring you to prepare everything in advance.
If needed, we can create a simple text-based logo using your business name so your site can launch without delay.
There are two parts: a one-time launch fee and an ongoing monthly subscription.
The launch fee covers the initial website build and setup work. The monthly subscription covers ongoing website management, social posting, and email marketing.
The difference is frequency, activity level, and support priority.
At signup you pay the Platform Launch fee plus your first month of the subscription. After that, the subscription is billed monthly.
Yes. Plans require a 6-month minimum commitment.
After the initial term, service continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

The launch fee covers the initial design and build of your website, plus setup for the systems needed to support your social and email marketing.
Your website includes a professionally designed 5-page site, mobile responsiveness, hosting setup, SSL, domain connection, contact form setup, and basic SEO structure.
Yes. You will review and approve the homepage first before the rest of the site is built.
Yes. Your website and the assets created for your business remain yours.
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of website updates per month.
A website update is a small change such as a text edit, image replacement, or contact information update.
Larger additions or redesign work would be scoped separately.
Updates are submitted through the website update request form and completed during the regular maintenance window.
Social content typically includes service highlights, educational tips, testimonials, seasonal reminders, promotions, and general business visibility posts.
No. Content is created using proven formats that work well for small businesses.
If you have specific announcements or promotions, those can be incorporated too.
Customer emails may include promotions, announcements, reminders, seasonal updates, and general business news sent to your existing contact list.
No. List-building and lead-generation strategy are outside the scope of this service.
No. Social media content is static image-based content with written captions.
No. Paid advertising is not included.
Most of your involvement happens during onboarding and homepage approval.
After that, the work runs through a structured ongoing process.
Updates are submitted through the website update request form and completed during our regular maintenance window.
Yes, you approve the entire website and block of social and email content during the second review after we complete the inital website build.
An update is typically a quick change to the content of your website, like an image swap, text update, or simple addition/revision. Larger changes such as new pages or redesigns are scoped separately.

Yes, we send you a monthly summary of analytics for all components of your plan.
If your subscription ends, your website remains yours, but ongoing management, social posting, and email scheduling stop.
